Sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
Protect your intellectual property. Before sharing any confidential project details (design concepts, drawings, specifications), we’ll formalize our commitment to confidentiality with a signed NDA.

Finalize Design & Engineering
With Drawings: Our engineering team will review your provided drawings and issue a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) report, suggesting optimizations for production.
Concept Only: If you have an idea but no technical drawings, our R&D team will provide design support to create manufacturable blueprints.

Quotation & Payment Terms
Upon finalizing all requirements, we provide a detailed quote covering:
Tooling Cost: Payment terms: 50% deposit, 50% balance upon your sample approval.
Product Pricing: Payment terms for mass production: 30% deposit, 70% balance due before shipment.

Tooling Fabrication & Sample Approval
Tooling Lead Time: Approximately 2～5 weeks.
Sampling Process:
3D Prototype: Receive a printed prototype for initial design validation.
T1/T2 Samples: Receive initial production samples from the new molds for final approval of form, fit, and function.

Mass Production
Production commences after:
Your approval of T2 samples.
Receipt of your mass production deposit.
Standard Lead Time: 5~35 days.
Complex/Smart Bottles: Lead time may be extended.

Final Payment & Global Shipping
Upon receiving final payment, we coordinate shipping:
With Your Forwarder: We work directly with your nominated logistics partner.
Full Service: If you require end-to-end logistics, we handle everything – including customs clearance and global door-to-door delivery.
