Artwork Preparation & Template Alignment
- Submit high-resolution logos/designs (vector files preferred).
- Use digital templates to map graphics onto the tumbler’s curved surface, adjusting for distortion.
- Finalize colors, sizing, and positioning with client approval.

Printing Method Selection & Setup
Choose technique based on tumbler base color:
- Sublimation Printing: For light-colored tumblers. Designs are printed onto transfer paper.
- UV Printing: For any base color (including dark). Ink is cured instantly with UV light.
- Secure tumbler onto a rotating fixture for precision.

Graphic Application & Curing
Sublimation:
- Wrap transfer paper around the tumbler.
- Heat-press at 180–200°C (356–392°F) for 60–120 seconds. Ink vaporizes and bonds with the coating.
UV Printing:
- Directly print onto the tumbler surface using UV-resistant ink.
- Rotate tumbler while UV lamps cure ink instantly.

Quality Inspection & Protective Finishing
- Inspect for color accuracy, alignment, and defects (scratches/bubbles).
- Apply clear epoxy coating (optional) for enhanced gloss and scratch resistance.
- Package with protective sleeves.
